BILLING SUPPORT
1) Who is WegoSupport?

WegoSupport provides real time support for Wegochat.com.

2) What is a Member ID?

When you purchase a subscription, you are issued a 4 - 10 digit Member ID. You should have received your Member ID from either the approval screen when the order was made or in the email confirmation sent to you immediately after submitting your order. You should always maintain a record of your Member ID and should use this number in any correspondence with a customer service representative.

3) Can I get information on the membership that I purchased?

Yes, use the Retrieve Membership Information form.

4) My card has been used fraudulently in the past and now I can't join the Website. Why is this?

Anytime fraudulent activity is reported on a credit card, the card number is placed in a negative database which prevents any further transactions on this card.

5) I did not receive a sales confirmation email. Why?

Sales confirmation emails are sent with each order. So please make sure that you enter a valid email address each time that you purchase a membership to insure that you'll receive your confirmation.

1) I have forgotten my username and password. Where can I get this?

2) My username and password do not work. What do I do?

BILLING QUESTIONS
1) I have purchased a subscription to the Website. Under what name will the charge appear on my credit card statement?

The name / descriptor will be Wegochat.com, the same name as the one on the order confirmation form, or on the email confirmation you received.

2) How do I cancel my membership?

Please email billing@WegoSupport.com and request cancellation of your membership.

3) Once I cancel my membership will I be billed again?

No. Once a membership is cancelled there will be no further billings unless you request reinstatement of the account.

4) How do I know that my membership has been cancelled?

You will receive an email cancellation receipt once you cancel. In order to receive this receipt, it is necessary that you use a valid email address when ordering a service or product. You will also be unable to login to the site you joined to use their services..



TECHNICAL QUESTIONS
1) I am having problems viewing the content of the Website that I joined what do I do?

WegoSupport provides billing services only. Please contact the webmaster of the site that you joined for technical assistance. If you cannot find an email link directly to the site operators somewhere on the site you joined, please let us know.
